Glad you had a good ride home. All the dogs were so good when they stayed with us and they were so sweet. Looking forward to having some of them again next year....Margieb
I absolutely love this. Beemer's big kiss was quite funny because it filled up the whole camera! Dingle was ready to go. I think Spot was very comfortable. If you have time Ms Olson, could you tell us how you got on in your race? I think it was the Chatinika 100. Who was on your team please? But I know that you are very busy. From Indigo
Thank you for sharing! I've followed you for the last two years and can't wait for next year. I've been watching the Iditarod via internet for many years, and now checking out your blog, makes it so much better then just what we get from the media. You make it real.
Our Natural Extremes Mushing Adventure Trips will head back to Arctic National Wildlife Refuge this coming season. In March and April 2012, after Aliy completes her 12th Iditarod, the dogs and mushers will begin their adventure trips North. Aliy and Allen will continue to share their knowledge and love of the Arctic on these unique adventures. Whether you are interested in a workshop on dog mushing or a trip to the finish line of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog and scenic lands beyond, contact us! You will be challenged to see the world in a different way.
