Allen Approaching Nome

Allen is 8 miles out of Nome.  Aliy and the whole crew are heading out the road to see Allen cross the road.  We will keep you up to date.

I am running out of superlatives, but this race has really been fun from the get-go. And I have been happily watching Allen's spot update since 12:28 - steadily moving toward Nome.

Sigh .. until next racing season.
