Iditarod Food Drops

With all the craziness around the end of the Quest and Allen and the Black Teams excellent finish, I forgot to update you on the Iditarod preparations. Food drops were due and delivered on Monday just before Aliy and Ryne headed up to Central to see Allen.

Total this year was 2991 pounds with lots of extra food for Allen!

Any chance the Aliy cam (or perhaps an Allen cam too? :D) will make appearances in this year's Iditarod?

I absolutely loved all of Aliy's 1st person footage of last year's Iditarod. In fact that's part of what made me such a huge fan of SP Kennel & mushing.

Craziness is putting it mildly! Congratulations to the Black Team, and good luck to both teams for the Iditarod.

Great - all done but who got the peanut m&m's. I can't wait for the next start. Rest, recover and I will look forward to reports in March.
