Skunk’s Place (SP) Kennel is a premier sled dog racing kennel in Two Rivers, Alaska. We are dedicated to the individual dog through excellent health, nutrition, training and specialized care. We strive to make this Dog Log the most educational and entertaining internet source on sled dog sports.
Wow - Allen has a lot of ground to cover to flesh out - and doesn't get as much rest as the others, but his team has many of the 150 veterans - it was interesting to compare Sheep Mtn 150 teams to CB 300 - especially the Black team.
Our Natural Extremes Mushing Adventure Trips will head back to Arctic National Wildlife Refuge this coming season. In March and April 2012, after Aliy completes her 12th Iditarod, the dogs and mushers will begin their adventure trips North. Aliy and Allen will continue to share their knowledge and love of the Arctic on these unique adventures. Whether you are interested in a workshop on dog mushing or a trip to the finish line of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog and scenic lands beyond, contact us! You will be challenged to see the world in a different way.

SP Kennel has great dept this year.
So very cool to read along as the race goes.
When do the start time differences get allowed for? I've checked the CB300 site and don't see it there.
Start times are leveled at the 8 hour mandatory rest. Look for it tomorrow.
